Upon purchase of a product from Full Tilt Recordings, a non-exclusive license is granted to one individual user only.
You may use the purchased sounds on multiple devices, provided all devices are owned and used exclusively by you.
License Grant
All sounds and samples provided by Full Tilt Recordings are licensed, not sold, to you.
This license allows you to use the sounds for commercial and non-commercial purposes in music production, sound design, audio/video post-production, performance, broadcasting, and similar content creation.
You may use the sounds in your own commercial recordings without paying any additional fees or providing credit to Full Tilt Recordings.
However, the rights granted are strictly limited to the creation of derivative works — you may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the original samples or sounds as standalone products.
License Nontransferable
This license is non-transferable. You may not transfer, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, share, or otherwise redistribute the sounds, sample packs, or the license itself to any other individual or entity.
Collaborators
Some sounds have been contributed by third-party collaborators. Full Tilt Recordings is not responsible for the accuracy, content, or legality of material contributed by these collaborators.
We are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, related to the use of such third-party content.
Product Description
We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions. However, there may occasionally be errors related to descriptions, pricing, licensing, or availability.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders if necessary, without prior notice.
The absence of a specific update date does not imply that all information on our site has been modified.
Refund Policy
All products sold by Full Tilt Recordings are digital downloads.
Because digital products cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing non-tangible, irrevocable goods and waive any right to chargeback or refund claims.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any use of pirated or unauthorized versions of our products.
